Every job is priced individually and quoted in writing before work starts, so you know the full cost up front. Price depends mainly on the size of the job, the materials, and how far the property is from Belfast. Grouping several small jobs into one visit almost always works out cheaper than booking them separately.

Quotes are free. There is no call-out fee and no charge for coming out to look at the job — you only pay once you have accepted a price and the work is booked in. Many jobs can be priced from photographs and your BT postcode without a visit at all.

Belfast and Greater Belfast is the core area, with regular work across North Down, Ards, County Antrim and County Down. Jobs further out — Armagh, Tyrone, Fermanagh and Derry / Londonderry — are taken on where the size of the job justifies the travel. Send your BT postcode and you will get a straight yes or no.

A short description of the work, your BT postcode, and photographs of the area. For flooring, include room measurements and what the existing floor is. For painting, the rooms or outside areas involved and their rough size. For flat pack, the product name or a link is enough. The more detail you send, the more accurate the quote.
