Belfast & Greater Belfast
The core working area, covering all four quarters of the city and the surrounding commuter belt — Lisburn, Castlereagh, Newtownabbey, Glengormley, Dundonald, Carryduff, Holywood, Dunmurry and Ballyclare. Same-week availability is usually possible here, and small jobs are viable because travel time is short.
North Down, Ards & County Antrim
Bangor, Newtownards, Comber, Donaghadee, Holywood, Carrickfergus, Greenisland, Whitehead, Larne, Antrim and Ballymena. Coastal properties along the North Down and Antrim shoreline take a beating from salt air and wind — paintwork, external timber and fixings need looking at more often here than inland.
The Wider Province
Armagh, Lurgan, Portadown, Banbridge, Newry, Downpatrick, Ballynahinch, Dungannon, Cookstown, Omagh, Enniskillen, Coleraine, Limavady and Derry / Londonderry. Larger jobs travel well — a full flooring fit or a garden clearance is worth the run. For a single small job further out, it is usually better to group it with other work.
