Do you cover my part of Northern Ireland?

We are based in Belfast and work right across Northern Ireland, so we regularly cover Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Bangor, Holywood, Carrickfergus, Newtownards and the wider Greater Belfast area. For jobs further out, just send your BT postcode with your enquiry and we will confirm before quoting.

What property maintenance services do you provide?

Our property maintenance services include floor laying and laminate flooring, flat pack furniture assembly, interior and exterior painting and garden and grounds maintenance, as well as general home maintenance and handyman repairs. If a job is not listed, ask anyway, because we can often still help.

How do I get a quote?

Send a message or email describing the work, your BT postcode and rough measurements. Photographs also help a great deal. After that, you will get a written quote covering the full price before anything is booked in.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the job and the current schedule. For example, smaller work such as flat pack assembly or a single room repaint usually fits in sooner than a full flooring fit. So send your requirements, and we will give you realistic dates.

What information should I send with my enquiry?

Above all, a short description of the work, your BT postcode, measurements where relevant, and photographs of the area. For flooring, include the room dimensions and the existing floor surface. Painting jobs also need the rooms or outside areas involved and their rough size. Finally, for flat pack, the product name or a link is enough.

Do you work for landlords and letting agents?

Yes. Between-tenancy repairs, flooring replacement, painting and garden tidy-ups are regular property maintenance work for us. Just send the property address and access arrangements with your enquiry, so we can plan the visit.
